Hello interested humans! My name is Anna Bays, and I am currently finishing my undergraduate degrees in BS Adventure Education and BS Holistic Human Development. I have lived in New Hampshire for the last 15 years and am a huge into to anything outdoors and wellness related.

I started this blog because I have a passion for spreading wellness to young adults; a population often encouraged to make bad decisions and not focus on their health until its too late. Wellness should be encourage for EVERYONE, regardless of your age, gender, or life situation.

 

When I'm not digitally creating, you can often finding me hiking, rock climbing, doing yoga, or working on renovating my 2001 Chevy Astrovan.
